Welcome to Great Music Stories.

Now in our eleventh year, we celebrate the stories behind the music through audio interview format.

A small selection of a few hundred of the thousands of interviews done since 2015 are currently on the site. We do rotate the interview archive every now and then to keep things fresh.

Enjoy having a browse through the site. We hope you find one of your favourite artists here – and we hope we help signpost you to your next favourite band.

BADFLOWER – ‘NO PLACE LIKE HOME’

Click the heels and make a wish – “You can go wherever you wish to go.” Badflower opens their fine new album with a line from the ‘Wizard of Oz’. Dorothy yearns to go home.
