Every year we recognise the work of a behind-the-scenes hero that works hard to help keep the scene going. This year, we picked Heidi Kerr who has done so much for the bands she looks after and deserves great recognition for the work we have done with Empyre over the last three years. No fuss or angle with Heidi, she just gets things done and keeps everything positive. With Heidi it’s always about what’s possible. A role model for many and our industry hero for 2020.
