Spring 2016, I interviewed Cormac from The Answer on the band’s story and the celebrations surrounding the anniversary edition of their landmark ‘Rise’ album. Cormac also spoke about the forthcoming ‘Solas’ album and touring plans for the year.
Clips from this interview were originally aired in the early summer ahead of the band’s appearance at Ramblin’ Man Fair. With the announcement of The Answer’s co-headline tour with The Dead Daisies, this interview was aired as a full hour special back to back with an additional hour special with John Corabi on the ‘Make Some Noise’ album.
Following this hour special on The Answer, I aired a further interview special on the launch day of the ‘Solas’ album and also a feature hour when The Answer, Dead Daisies and Jackaman all hit Brighton at the end of 2016.
